Have you been in a waiting room where you were patiently eager and frustrated to be called or attended? That you were uneased in waiting for the answer? Maybe you are in a hurry to get married or be promoted or get that salary increase or bonus. You might also feel that time is getting shorter and shorter and you were running out it. That you were wanting an immediate answer. But God isn’t subject to time. We say that time is of the essence but He is not in a hurry. Building character takes time so He uses it to test our faith. We might be working in that goal but be reminded that God is working on us. He is not interested in our accomplishments, He is more keen in our character and life that He wants to transform.

Maybe we have this thinking that we are waiting on God for our prayers to be answered; for our dreams to become reality; for our success to be reached. But the truth is, God is waiting on us. Waiting for us to be the person He wants us to be; to be matured in our faith; to be prepared in something bigger that we might not ready to handle right now – so let’s just continue to trust Him and jump into His timeline.
